I-20/59 shut down from 18 wheeler accident, chemical leak
WIAT 42 ALDOT says there is a chemical leak from the 18 wheeler. Traffic on the northbound side is being detoured at the Arkadelphia Road exit 123. BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
