WTSP 10 News Emergency crews are on the scene of a chemical leak on U.S. Highway 41 near 67th Street West in Palmetto. No one has been injured but hazardous materials crews are on the scene. U.S. 41 is closed in both directions from 69th Street to Interstate 275. |

BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
