NECN A building in Boston has been evacuated after a chemical release Friday. Originally calling it a spill, Boston Fire says the release of bromine happened at 99 High St. with some water treatment equipment on the 18th floor. Hazmat crews are responding. BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
