Affco evacuated after chemical leak
New Zealand Herald Workers have been evacuated from the Affco plant in Te Puke as firefighters attend to an chemical leak. Te Puke volunteer fire brigade chief fire officer Glenn Williams confirmed there was an ammonia leak at the Affco plant and workers had been evacuated. |

BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
