The News Tribune Firefighters responded to a Lakewood nail salon Wednesday for a possible hazardous materials incident, West Pierce Fire & Rescue said. The agency said about 2 p.m. that an odor had been reported in the business, which is at the Lakewood Towne Center. |

BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
