Explosion reported at Chinese chemical plant
WTAE Pittsburgh Luo Shuhui’s home was 700 meters from the chemical warehouse that exploded last week, hurling fireballs into the sky. BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
