Hazmat scene on I-70 East near Vandalia
WHIO The tractor-trailer was carrying 55-gallon drums of used dry-cleaning solution, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol Dayton Post. A small leak was occurring in one of the drums. A motorist spotted it and called 9-1-1 to report it, according to OSHP. |

BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
