1071 laboratory-confirmed cases of MERS-CoV including
471 deaths
585 recoveries and
15 currently active cases of which 2 are on home isolation.
In the past 24 hours there have been a total of:
3 newly confirmed cases of MERS-CoV infection
0 newly reported fatalities
0 newly reported recovered
[reported case fatality rate: 44.0 percent]

BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
