Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever — Pakistan
An official source at NMI told APP that a boy (aged 7), resident of Basti Taj Muhammad of Barkhan district, Balochistan, was admitted at NMI on 23 Sep 2015. He added that the patient was 1st brought to ward 20 (paediatric ward) and later, on the suspicion of Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever, he was shifted to the intensive care unit. He died at the hospital today (Tue 29 Sep 2015), the source reported.
