Diphtheria — Haiti
Beware diphtheria, it kills our children. 3 dead in Gonaïves, 5 in Port-au-Prince in 2015. One died 3 weeks ago in Delmas [Port-au-Prince]. In recent months, health centers have encountered cases of diphtheria, a forgotten disease but still very lethal.

BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
