[The pathogen that caused bacterial meningitis in] the patient who died was identified by latex agglutination [as] _Neisseria meningitidis_ ACWY. For the others, until now samples were negative. There is no official information so far.

BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
