US Department of Agriculture (USDA) officials have confirmed a 2nd outbreak of low-pathogenic H7N3 avian flu in a California turkey flock in the same county–Stanislaus–as one [outbreak] reported a week ago, according to a World Organization for Animal Health (OIE) report yesterday [Wed 19 Sep 2018].
