Animal Die-off — India
Days after 8 peacocks were found dead in a sugarcane field in Uttar Pradesh’s Bijnor, 9 peacocks have been found dead in Rajasthan’s Alwar district on Thursday [21 Nov 2019]. According to officials, 5 more were found unconscious and the birds were being treated at a local veterinary hospital. Investigations to find the cause of the death of the peacocks are currently underway.
