Yellow Fever — Kenya
Kenya has reported 2 out of 3 suspected cases of yellow fever after a patient died of the disease in Nairobi.
The Ministry of Health has scaled up surveillance, calling on Kenyans to be on the lookout for symptoms and report cases to the nearest health facility.
According to the ministry, laboratory investigations conducted at the Kenya Medical Research Institute (Kemri) tested positive for yellow fever antibodies and negative for Ebola and Marburg for the patient who

Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
