Typhoid — Guyana
Residents of Wakapoa, in Region Two (Pomeroon-Supenaam), suspect that there is a typhoid outbreak in the community, where the absence of medical professionals and drugs at the community health center has become the norm. At least 8 people from the village have been reported as having typhoid.
