BIO: Richard T. Mr. Cartwright is an internationally recognized course instructor and motivational platform speaker on In-situ chemical oxidation soil Remediation and & Groundwater remediation, Hazardous Materials Management, Professional Certification & Ethics, and Successful Career Planning Strategies.
