Minor Chemical Leak Reported in Kanawha Valley
WSAZ-TV (WSAZ) — A chemical leak was reported Tuesday night at the DuPont plant in Belle, but it was contained to the plant and posed no danger to the public, according to Metro 911 dispatchers. About three pounds of sulfur trioxide was released from the plant. |

BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
