Chemical leak under investigation at Dow plant near Freeport
Chron.com A chemical leak at Dow Chemical Plant near Freeport has forced officials to shut down roads in Brazoria County. The leak was detected sometime before about 4:30 a.m, according to the Department of Public Safety. Deputies said no injuries were reported. |

BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
