Hazmat team responds to semi crash on 15 North in Cajon Pass
KABC-TV Caltrans says the hauler hired a hazmat contractor to clean up 35 gallons of diesel fuel, 15 gallons of oil and 15 gallons of white latex paint. All northbound lanes were closed for about an hour. BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
