Man Smears Blood on Uniontown Post Office Walls, Mailboxes
Tristatehomepage.com Officers say the post office will remain closed until a hazmat team can clean up the bloody mess. It’s expected to reopen sometime Monday afternoon. Uniontown Police tell us the investigation is ongoing, but the man will face charges at a later date. |

BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
