Possible Chemical Leak After Car and Tanker Collide
NBC 10 Philadelphia Officials say chemicals may have leaked after a car and a tanker truck collided in the Fishtown section of the city. The accident occurred on Monday at Ellen and Penn Streets. Officials have not yet revealed the cause of the crash or if anyone was injured. |

BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
