Avian Influenza H5N1 -- GhanaFurther outbreaks of H5N1 highly pathogenic avian influenza have been found in the Greater Accra region of Ghana.There were 176 cases across the 2 outbreaks, which happened on a farm in Trebakope and in Damfa Zongo village birds.Free ranging birds of various species and various ages, including local fowl, exotic and crosses, turkeys and ducks, were affected in the village outbreak.
