E. coli -- RomaniaOn 9 and 10 Feb 2016, the National Institute of Public Health of Romania (NIPH) was alerted about 12 pediatric cases of hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS). The children, most of them under 2 years of age, were from Arges, Bucharest and Dolj districts and were all admitted to the Children's Emergency Hospital 'M.S. Curie', in Bucharest.
