Ebola -- DR CongoThe last confirmed case of Ebola to date in the Itipo health area, reported on [3 Jun 2018], was a 7-year-old girl whose mother was a probable case who died on [20 May 2018]. The entire chain of transmission around the family (contacts, contacts of contacts) has been identified. A dialogue was initiated with the family that was receptive and agreed to collaborate with the health authorities.
