Equine Herpes Virus -- United StatesThe Equine Disease Communication Center (EDCC) has reported that 3 horses in Erie County, New York [state], tested positive for equine herpesvirus-1 (EHV-1) last week."On 6 May 2016, 3 aged mares, all displaying neurologic signs, were confirmed positive for equine herpesvirus-1 on PCR," the EDCC reported.
