Hantavirus -- United StatesMontana Department of Public Health and Human Services has confirmed one case of [a] hantavirus [infection] in a Cascade County resident.The exposure may have occurred during the cleaning of a barn, according to the case investigation. This is the 1st case in Cascade County for 2016.This is one of 43 hantavirus cases reported in Montana since 1993, according to a release from the Cascade County Health Department.
