Japanese Encephalitis -- VietnamIn all, 37 severe cases of encephalitis--meningitis are being treated at the Department of Infectious Diseases of Viet Nam National Children's Hospital, reported Phu Nu Viet Nam (Viet Nam Women) newspaper. Of all these cases, 2 children were diagnosed with the deadly Japanese encephalitis, a contagious [infectious] disease carried by mosquitoes. BIO: Richard T. Cartwright PE, CHMM, CPIM* is the Senior Vice President responsible for remediation technology marketing at MECx, LP.He has an MBA in Operations and Logistics Management from Indiana University, a BES in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University, and recently completed a Professional Certificate Program in Project Management at the University of Buffalo.
