Lumpy Skin Disease -- Bulgaria"From today, emergency measures against the disease lumpy skin disease [LSD] have been introduced in Northern Bulgaria, namely in the districts of Vidin, Montana, Vratsa, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Lovech, Razgrad, Targovishte, Shumen, Ruse, Dobrich, Silistra and Varna.
