Tick-borne Encephalitis -- RussiaSt Petersburg is one of the Russian regions which has the highest incidence of tick-borne encephalitis. From the beginning of the season this year (April 2015), 16 cases have been registered, which is 3.2 times more than in the same period of last year (2014).
