West Nile Virus -- IsraelThe Health Ministry has warned of an outbreak of the West Nile virus (WNV) in Israel, after 4 cases were reported in the last 2 months since March [2016].One patient was diagnosed as having the virus, while the other 3 cases were estimated as having the illness but were not confirmed.This is not the 1st time for West Nile virus to make landfall in [Israel] -- back in 2015 a full 149 cases of the virus were reported to the Health Ministry.The Ministry advises the public to Read more [...]
