Whooping Cough -- CanadaQuebec public health officials have confirmed that an outbreak of whooping cough -- or pertussis - has led to 151 confirmed cases in the Mauricie-Central Quebec region. At the beginning of October 2015, there were about 40 cases. Since then, that number has tripled.
