To the editor: We read with great interest the recent article by Rantakokko-Jalava, et al. about false-negative _Chlamydia trachomatis_ (CT) specimens in the nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT) Aptima Combo 2 assay (AC2; Hologic Inc.) [1]. These very important findings indicate that 6-10% of CT-positive cases in Finland might have been missed due to false-negative/equivocal AC2 results.
