Fire crews used foam to douse a fire that broke out in a storage building at Safety-Kleen in Erie on Jan. 30. A used solvent that the company collects from area industry was burning in a building on the south end of the property, at 1606 Pittsburgh Ave. At 10:30 a.m., it was announced the fire was under control.
