Confirmation of the 1st case of the year (2019) of human rabies in Cochabamba
After confirming the death of rabies of a 7-year-old girl in the southern area of Cochabamba, the Departmental Health Service (SEDES) and the Zoonosis Unit of the Mayor’s Office intensified prevention actions to prevent the proliferation of the virus. This would be the 1st case confirmed so far this year [2019].
