On 19 Aug 2015, a 59-year-old Belgian woman was admitted in our hospital for a sudden onset of massive watery diarrhea, associated with vomiting and muscle cramps. Symptoms began on 18 Aug 2015, a day after she had returned from a 1 week trip to India.
