Food poisoning of 10s of schoolchildren in the Bulgarian district of Sliven has been caused by the staphyloccoccus. This is what the results of the analyses and tests made on the affected children have shown.
The case concerns staphylococcal food poisoning, Dr Ivan Seliminski of the Multi-profile Hospital for Active Treatment announced. The tests have isolated the bacterium _Staphylococcus aureus_, Dr Hrisant Hrisantov, deputy director of the hospital, said.
A total of 110 children were
