An outbreak at a police training institute in Wong Chuk Hang has been confirmed as acute gastroenteritis, the Department of Health’s Center for Health Protection said today [7 Jan 2021]. The center said a total of 17 male and 11 female trainees were affected, aged between 20 and 36. They were said to have developed abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea since 5 Jan 2021.
