‘Traffic nightmare’ over as Delaware Memorial Bridge reopens, highly flammable gas leak contained The News Journal
A toxic gas leak from a chemical plant at the base of the Delaware Memorial Bridge shut down all bridge traffic Sunday evening for more than six hours.
