Chronic Wasting Disease -- United StatesTest results from the final chronic wasting disease (CWD) surveillance samples sent after the close of Montana's general hunting season showed 4 more deer along the Hi-Line to be positive for CWD. Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks (FWP) said in a press release on Friday [14 Dec 2018] that the 4 deer included a mule deer buck from Hill County and a white-tailed buck from Phillips County.
